"He was brilliant and resourceful. He just couldn't keep it in his pants."-Professor Diyanni, on Bill Clinton and how tragic heroes all have flaws.

Today's blog is going to be short. Again. Haha. Seriously though. I had class at 8:00 with Professor Diyanni and we finished up King Lear. Then I had an hour and a half before my next class to I went to Starbucks and did some reading and then I called my mom. We had a nice long chat. I think the girl sitting next to be was getting pissed that I was talking on the phone but I really didn't care. It was SO SO SO SO nice to talk to my mom. We had a good chat. She got me updated on all the scandals at home. And it was funny because she could hear the guy calling out the orders at Starbucks. And the foaming machine. Haha! But then I had to go to lab.

Okay seriously. Life Science is like the easiest science class ever. Our lab is in this computer lab and basically all we ever have to do for lab is powerpoints and projects. We started a group project. Lindsay and her friend Morgan who was in one of her classes last year are working with me. We're doing research and such on whether Hormone Replacement Therapy can cause breast cancer. It's pretty interesting. And we have like a month to do it. So it's pretty much cake.

After lab I walked back to the dorm with Lindsay and we got lunch. And then I watched the 2 episodes of American Idol from this week and two episodes of Lizzie McGuire. Haha! I miss that show so much! After watching very much TV I did all my homework for the weekend. Except my writing assignment because the reading hasnt' been posted on blackboard yet. So yeah. No homework! EEP! Later I had dinner with Fabi and Susan. The conveyor belt thing broke so the dishes were like overflowing. It was crazy. And this really funny guy kept talking to me while we were getting food. He was hilarious. Me and Susan were cracking up! And he was wearing his sunglasses inside. Which was funny as well.

Tasty heart shaped Peanut Butter Cup! Mmm!
When dinner was done me and Fabi and Susan decided we would go to M2M real quick to pick up some stuff. It was so chilly out! But I love going to M2M because the random japanese food is so fun to look at!

When we got back we had some cheese and bread and then watched Moulin Rouge. I FLIPPING LOVE THAT MOVIE. Fabi and Susan had never seen it before. I cried to hard. It was slightly embarrassing. But whatev. After the movie it was REALLY REALLY late so I called Kyle [I felt bad because it was so late but he told me to!] and we talked briefly because we were both tired. But yeah. I'm exhausted so I'll have more to say tomorrow because IT'S THE HANNAH/JO BRO'S 3D MOVIE!!!!!! Happy almost Friday everyone!

Much Love.

"You can be Hump Day and I'll be Fat Tuesday!"-Me, on me and Kayla's names if we were named after days of the week.

Today's blog is going to be pretty short because nothing significant really happened. Here's what went down. I got up and went to all my classes. Today I had my three class day, but no work. Social Foundations was good. Professor Glassman was really funny and entertaining. He's my second favorite professor [next to good old Robert]. But nothing significant really happened in that class so then it was off to Life Science. I sat with Linds again and we got to use our clickers for the first time. It was pretty fun actually. And then I went to Writing which was fun because I like Writing and my professor. We had to compare our families to Sitcom Families. And then I realized that there aren't any sitcoms about only children, and the ones that are the parents are divorced. LAME. After class I made some Easy Mac and finished King Lear. Then I did my science homework and had dinner with Fabi, Susan and Lindsay. We discussed lent and what we're going to give up and such and then Kayla gave us all some King Cake because she had it shipped to her from Louisiana! It was SO good!

OH! And I found out that the Civic Honda Tour this year is going to have The Hush Sound, Motion City Soundtrack AND Phantom Planet! So me and Kaity [and Nick?] are going to go because it's May 20th and I'll be home! And it will be me and Kaity's first concert together [yeah we don't know how we haven't been to a concert together yet either!] but it'll be REALLY fun! And a great way for me to start off my summer. And speaking of reminiscing, Sam tagged me in like a MILLION photos on facebook today and a lot of them I've never seen so I thought I'd share them since I don't have any pictures for today otherwise.

"It's like porn to me!"-Kayla, on MAC makeup.

Today was a pretty good day. I only had my one class with Professor Diyanni. And I got to sit with Rona and Elizabeth. I love Elizabeth she's so funny. We're still reading King Lear and we were talking about it and Professor Diyanni goes "Well it's a tragedy so of course people always die. And I mean yeah...Lear and Cordelia both die but this whole play is violent!" And Elizabeth goes "Well. Now I know how it ends." I guess she didn't know Lear and Cordelia die! We were both laughing so hard. It was really funny. But yeah. I just really love that class.

After class I went to have breakfast with Kayla. I had Cocoa Puffs and some cottage cheese. Mmm! And then Fabi was walking up to the dorm but somehow we miraculously made eye contact so she came and ate with me and Kayla. But then I had to be off to work. It was a pretty busy day for a Tuesday. We listened to Kate Nash like all day and I'm addicted! She's like a British Regina Spektor meets Lily Allen. I really like it. Andddd there were two special packages today! One that my BESTEST BETCH ordered! I loved seeing that one! And one that we shipped to J-14 magazine with two pairs of blue Risky Business sunglasses in them for SEXYZAC to autograph! I wrote on the box "FF hearts Zac and J-14!" Even though SexyZac will totes never see the box. Oh well. But yeah. Work was good, got to spend lots of time with Jen Jen and Amanda. And we got some really cute new prodzzz in! Don't know if they're up on the site yet but definitely be looking for the Pizza Pouch! So cute! OH OH OH! And I got to help Chris pick out some shoes that we're going to order for spring! It was so fun. I got to pick out styles and colors and such.

SUBWAY.

When I got home from work I checked my emails and all that stuff and then I talked to Kyle VERY briefly. I started doing my Writing homework but then me and Susan decided it was time for dinner. Dinner was pretty yummy. After dinner I checked my mail and I hit the jackpot! I got a letter from my Mom, Stanley [HAHA!] and Auntie Sandy! And they had goodies!

Cute Kleenex!

STICKERS!

Card from my Mom!

When I got upstairs, Susan told me that ticketcentral was giving away free tickets to see The Click Five on Thursday night at like 6:00 so we're going to go with Fabi! I first heard the Click Five like sophomore year when they opened for Ashlee Simpson! I don't have any of their new songs but I have their first cd, which I burned for Susan so we can get pumped. Plus it's free! So duh we're going. I finished my Writing homework and then Tina came up and we chatted with Kayla and Susan in the dining room. Kayla brought up how like a month ago I mentioned that 2008 would be the Year of Celeb Deaths. So we decided to make a list of everyone who's not going to live to see 2009. We have a bunch of categories. If anyone is interested in submitting their guesses we'll be more than happy to add more. I would post the list but Kayla has it, so maybe tomorrow. Haha. It was really funny. I've missed Tina. I haven't' seen much of her lately.

OH! And I'm meeting Katie at the Starbucks at 60th and Third [a new one for me!] Saturday around noon to discuss/finalize B-day plans! And I forgot to mention that this morning my mom sent me the best email ever to tell me that comcast.net had a whole page dedicated to Miley/Hannah. OH OH! And Kelly gave me a new Jo Bro's picture from her Entertainment Weekly. Nick looks really beastly in it.

Anyway. Now I'm off to maybe read some King Lear, put my sweats on and then call Kyle. 2 weeks until my birthday as of tomorrow! I can't believe I'm going to be 19!

"She just called to say that her eyes are so dilated she can't even see."-Julie, on the topic of Jen's phone call to Chris.

Today sucked. Although nothing sucky in particular happened. As Chris [and The Bangles] would say "It's just another Manic Monday." I slept really good last night, though I was still tired later today, probably from lack of food. Speaking of, I've found that that makes me extremely tired and cranky. But anyway. All 3 of my classes were really good today. Professor Glassman continued to be hilarious. Today he took cracks as Christianity instead of "W". I won't even post some of the things he said, don't want to offend anyone [though of course he said it all HUMOROUSLY]. And then science went really well. It's going to be terribly easy, which I'm quite excited about. It's all really easy stuff and not too much work. Then it was off to Writing which went by really fast since we talked about really interesting things and such.

Just thought I'd throw that link out there. Megan's an amazing photographer and she's supes nice too!

After school it was straight to work for me. It was really tight but somehow I managed to get there on time, even though the G train was running UNBELIEVABLY slow. Work was hectic. We haven't had this many orders yet this year is what Chris told me. Him and Diane were both really happy to see me since they were the only one's packing. We barely finished all the orders by the time UPS came so it was a mad 10 minute dash to get all the rest of the packages packed and ready to be shipped. Chris and Keith both seemed rather stressed today, though Chris was still cheerful and funny as ever. Jen, as you can read from my quote, was out today. I missed her a lot. She's my big sister. But I still had Diane and Amanda, who is still cute as ever.

Speaking of Big Sister, mine called me today but I missed it. We're having Starbucks on Saturday to discuss B-day plans! I'm so excited! And I had a really good talk with my Dad [even though it was rather short]. I can't wait to see him in 17 days! And I got to talk to my Bestest Betch. She updated me on all the scandals and vice versa and we talked about the recent scandalous Miley pictures and the Jo Bro's new song [in which Nick is a total beast!] But then she had dance and I had to eat but her and Nata-Lee-Ah finished my B-day present and I'm so excited to find out what it is!

I MISS THIS GIRL! Chelsea [who is my other half] needs to come back and visit me STAT!

But now I'm off to watch Gossip Girls and then do some Writing homework and hopefully talk to Kyle. OH! And I forgot! Today I packed an order going to Waterford. No joke! Isn't that funny?! Hope everyone's Monday was a little less stressful than mine.

Much Love.
Jewlie.

"She said she was making Easy Mac, almost easy as Susan."-Fabi, on what Kayla said about Susan.

Today was so flipping dull. I didn't want to get out of bed, never got dressed, didn't do ANYTHING! Well actually that's a lie. I talked to Kyle and my mom this morning. And I had breakfast with Susan. They had French Toast, just like I wanted. But other than that all I did was read Cosmo, Seventeen and Nylon. Well actually that's a lie. I did read my science book. Other than that I did some laundry with Susan and worked out while I was waiting for it to be done. In other news, I'm dead exhausted and I've no idea why. And on that note, I'm off to bed. Sorry for the trés dull, trés short entry.

Much Love.

"How do you boil water here?"-Fabi, on well yeah...a blonde moment.

This morning I SO did not want to wakeup. I hit the snooze twice and STILL didn't want to wake up! But eventually I rolled out of bed and hopped in the shower which made it much easier to be alert. Of course Naturally Fabi was still asleep so it didn't really much matter that's I'd forced myself out of bed because I still had to wait for her and Susan to be ready to go uptown. So I woke Fabi up [on accident while getting her hair dryer] and then when she was ready [and I was STARVING!] I was like "Where's Susan?" And Fabi goes "Oh. She's still in her pajamas." I was like GIRL SAY WHAT?! Because I'd been being a bobobebe ALL morning about how hungry I was. So while we were waiting for Susan me and Fabi talked to Lindsay, who wasn't coming with us because she told her friend Kelly they'd hang out that day.

Eventually we made it down to breakfast...at like noon and got something to eat and then we were off on our way to Columbus Circle. We got off at 59th and Lexington [my favorite uptown spot, it's right across from Bloomingdale's!] and headed West towards Central Park. The day was really chilly but it was still nice to just get some fresh upper east side air. Columbus Circle [for those who don't know] is on the west end of Central Park and it's this giant circle driveway-like this but basically it's an up-scale mall. So we went in and there was a borders [I MISS BORDERS!] and a Sephora and a bunch of other stores and we just looked around for a while.

Columbus Circle. Isn't it pretty?!

After shopping there we headed back to the eastern side of Central Park and walked down 5th Ave to 42nd Street because Susan had to exchange our Hannah Montana movie tickets. Which is a funny story. So I think I mentioned how she accidently bought them for 8:10 in the morning instead of 8:10 at night and the lady told us we had to go to the box office. So we get there and we exchange the tickets and when we get home later, Susan finds out they exchanged them for 8:40 in the morning instead of 8:40 at night. She was PISSED.

The poster for the Hannah Movie!!!!

But anyway when we were in Times Square we also went to the Hello Kitty store but I didn't find anything spectacular. I am having lunch next week with Katie to discuss birthday plans though! On our way back from our outing Susan and Fabi stopped to get pizza for dinner and then we all checked our mail. I got a package from my dad with my shampoo and my ear muffs! I also got my Seventeen magazine with Saleesh on it!!!! I'm so excited to read it later. OH! And I got two newspaper articles from Grandma. They were trés interessant! So while Susan and Fabi were eating we all talked about our trip to Texas/Mexico/California with Lindsay.

I don't think I've mentioned that trip before but here's the plan. Fabi said that this summer me and Susan and Lindsay could come stay at her house for like a week and she would take us to Mexico! I've never been to Texas before and I love Fabi's family so I thought this was like supes exciting! Plus then all of us would be able to get together over the summer which would be so fun. And then me and Lindsay were thinking we would try and take a bus or a train or something over to California since I've never been and we'd be so close and then stay there for like 3 days in a hotel or something. Lindsay wants to go to San Diego and I was like "girrrl wherever. I just want to go to California." Who knows, maybe we could even see Kelly there if she was there for a while with her mom.

After we all talked about that I called Kyle since he'd called me twice that day already and we talked for a while and I told him about my day and such. Oh and we talked about how I'm coming home in 19 days! And I told him about this really awesome McFly music video for the song Room On the Third Floor. It's so cool!

When I got off the phone with Kyle I went to get some dinner to go. There was some really delicious pizza with green peppers and tomatoes on it. Mmm! It was tasty bits! While I was eating dinner I hung out with Kayla, Lindsay, Susan and Fabi in the dining room and we all talked and got really crazy and hyper. We started having this really random conversation about the genders of fruits and vegetables. I guess we got started talking about it because Fabi cooked us some soy beans with some salt and we were eating them [they were really yummy by the way!] and I was talking about how I didn't like their furry texture and Fabi was like "Yeah. They're harry little men." And we were like "...wait. WHAT?!" And then we started discussing all the genders of fruits and veggies. And we got into a really heated discussion about whether a Cherry would be a boy or a girl. EVERYONE except Kayla said a girl but Kayla pulled some "I'm an artist and you all are conforming to the man" business. So yeah. We'll never know. Haha. It was SO funny though. I haven't laughed that hard in ages.

Then the girls went to watch Superbad but that's not really my kind of movie so I went back into my room and flipped through my Seventeen and then I called Kyle and we talked for a while. But now I'm dead tired from all the walking so it's off to bed for me. Night all!

Much Love.

"WEEKENDDDDDDDDDD!"-Me, on the obvious.

Today was a lazy day. I woke up early and went to breakfast with Susan before I had work and she had class. Coors Light was working today and it was nice to see him. There weren't very many orders today so we both got off early. I had a nice chat with Amanda. She's a cutie. We got some new merch in today. MEGA cute! There's this adorable Harajuku Lovers Jacket. I FLIPPING WANT IT. It's so me! Jen and Keith had al little photoshoot with it. Gotta love them. So I got off supes early and headed back home.

When I got home I hung out with Susan a bit and then I talked to Fabi and we made some plans for dinner and tomorrow and such. She picked out a Sushi place for us to try for dinner and tomorrow we're having coffee on the steps of the Met and then shopping around uptown. I gotta buy a planner, I have no idea what happened to my old one but I feel lost without it! After chatting with Fab I just checked my emails and such. Lindsay came in to tell me her, Susan and Fabi were going to lunch so I went down with them. I had a yummy salad and some soup! Mmm!

After lunch I came upstairs and flipped through a couple magazines and then decided I would watch every McFly music video ever. So that took a good...forever. Haha. And then I listened to McFly the rest of the day. In other words, I love McFly. I did my Life Science homework. It was only a chapter out of the book. Nothing too serious. Oh! And Lindsay returned my American Apparel shirt for me so I got that all settled. I quite like it. I ended up not getting sushi with the girls because well let's face it. I don't really like sushi that much anyway plus I don't know. I didn't want to spend money on food when I have a meal plan. It just seems sort of wasteful. So I ended up reading some magazines and working on my homework, not very fun, but productive.

And then I came to a HORRID realization. So you know that awful Taylor Swift song called Our Song? ...I really like it. I'M SO ASHAMED TO SAY I ENJOY A TAYLOR SWIFT SONG! WHAT IS THE WORLD COMING TO? I HATE COUNTRY! I don't know. It's really fun to sing. I think that's why I like it. But I mean she's horrible live. I saw her on the Ellen Show.

There's the song in case you haven't heard it. Of course this is the Jewlie version. Haha. It's so hilarious. It even makes ME laugh just watching. But I'm off to chat with Susan darling and find some food! Happy Friday ya'll!

Much Love.

"Oooh! Caucus. I mean Cos Cos. I mean Couscous!"-Fabi, on what was for dinner tonite.

Today was a pretty typical school day so the blog shall be short and to the point. I had only one class today, Cultural Foundations with Professor Diyanni. I usually have lab at 11:00 but we didn't have it since our first science class was just yesterday. Class was really good. This really nice girl named Elizabeth who I met on Tuesday walked with me to class and then we sat together and chatted. She's really funny. And Jackson Taylor asked me how I liked my classes. Seriously. Jackson Taylor is so fun to say. Haha. And class was fabulous as per usual.

After class I headed back to the dorm and checked me emails and such and then I started my homework. I read Acts III and IV from King Lear and then Susan and I went to meet Fabi at Hayden for lunch. The food there was EXCELLENT but it was really crowded since it was noon. After we had lunch Fabi had to go to work but Susan and I went to American Apparel and I picked up some books for class from The Strand.

SUP CUTE OUTFIT!

When I got back from lunch I took a little nap [which was much needed] and watched last night's episode of American Idol and watched some more of Funny Face. Then me and Fabi had a little workout session and we listened to the Spice Girls and after that her and I went to dinner with Susan and Lindsay downstairs. On our way back up after dinner we decided to watch Just My Luck [EEP!] and have a little girls night in.

I have work tomorrow so I'm getting breakfast early with Susan and then I think on Saturday we're going to go uptown to have coffee on the steps of the Met [SO Gossip Girls!] and then shop around and hang around Central Park for a bit. Other than that, no big weekend plans. Me and Susan talked about perhaps seeing 27 Dresses but who knows. Also I still have a bit of homework to do and such. So yes. Hope everyone had a good Thursday. Since Thursdays are the new Fridays.

Much Love.

"I mean Nixon was evil but he was smart. W. Well W isn't evil but he's dumb as rocks."-Professor Glassman on George Bush.

Today was my first day of Monday/Wednesday classes and let me tell you. THEY WERE FABULOUS. Seriously. Even though my 8AM is at the stupid Mercer Street building, I FLIPPING LOVE PROFESSOR GLASSMAN. He's hilarious. He's very much like Professor Diyanni. He's old, hilarious and obscenely politically incorrect. I love the man. He spent the first 20 minutes of class telling us about his trip to Arizona and the Grand Canyon and how beautiful it is out there and how we should all go. Then he proceeded to tell us how we're not going to write any papers in his class- only have a midterm and a final and that they'll both be take home exams. So basically after he said that I was like "Okay. I love you." THIS CLASS WILL BE CAKE. And he's like hilarious so it'll be enjoyable too. And he was all "Bring donuts, bring coffee. It's 8AM you're not awake and I know I'm not awake either so we might as well make this interesting." And then we went on this like 20 minute rant about how much he hates George Bush [he calls him W. Which I find very amusing] and then gave us like the life story of Barack Obama. And THEN he straight up goes "Yeah. It's probably really obvious I hate W. I'll probably talk about that a lot. But don't worry! If you love him I will more than willingly give you the stage to represent him." So I don't know. He seems really cool and he's SO funny.

After Social Foundations I had my Life Science class. Okay so I was like really worried about this because duh. I suck at science. So I get there early and sit in the back because let's face it-I don't want to be called on or looked at or even noticed for that matter. But then Professor Nicholas starts talking and she's all like joking around and stuff about how she loves the Patriots and if you love them you should sit in the front and she'll give you an A. And she's like "Yeah. I like to move the desks close to me so I can stare at students and make them feel awkward. It's really amusing." So basically I don't know what I was expecting but it was nothing like what she is. And that's a good thing. Plus all our labs are done on computers and they're just group projects on stuff like DNA and such AND we're taking field trips. Like old school, everyone get in a bus and go to the museum FIELD TRIPS! And to see Bodies, no less! I'm super pumped! Plus I have Lindsay in that class and this guy who sat next to me was really funny too.

And then after Life Science I had Writing. I was kind of nervous about this too just because I hated that BOBOBEBE that I had last semester. So I get to Silver and the line for the elevator is HUGEEEEEE. So I took the stairs. It was only 5 flights but I mean...it kind of sucked. Haha. So I go off looking for the room and I finally find it and it's the size of my dorm room. No joke. It probably used to be a broom closet and they needed another classroom so they put some desks in there. It's ridiculous! Needless to say there's only like 15 kids in the class and 2 of them are from my old Writing class so that was nice. Plus this girl Rachel whom I met earlier this year that lives at Third North was there. So Professor Langer comes in and I guess some other Professor left his stuff in our classroom so she was like "Ummm....okay...maybe he'll come back for it?" So she didn't touch it or anything and this scragly guy who looks like he should be in Into The Wild walks in and looks around and then awkwardly leaves. And we're all like "...Okayyyy" And then he comes back in and is all "I thought I had this room this period again....oh I read it wrong. My stuff...." And Professor Langer is all "I didn't touch it. It's all there still." And he picks it up and leaves. And she's like "Awkward." And yeah. It WAS really awkward. But anyway. The course seems really interesting. All our reading is about Cultural Myths and it's all like the American Dream and the idea of the Perfect Family and stuff. It seems REALLY cool and we're going to watch movies and look at art and stuff and Professor Langer seems really nice. She even referenced Cribs, which I thought was hilarious. AND! We had to like interview someone and then present them to this class and there was a girl who said an interesting fact about her was that she like odd numbers because she hates even numbers. And I wanted to just stand up and be like "Girrrrrl me too!" But I refrained. And I met this cool girl who grew up in LA and she told me about California and stuff.

After class I had to go to the book store to get a book for Writing and this iClicker thing which is sort of like the remotes on Who Wants To Be A Millionaire when they ask the audience. My total was $96.25. I was pissed. But I'll be able to resell the book at the end of the year. So I got that stuff and headed back to the dorm and got all my stuff settled in and then went to get some lunch to eat while I worked on my homework. When Kelly got back from her class we chatted and such and then I worked on my Writing homework. When I finally finished my Writing stuff I watched an episode of Sailor Moon and then started reading The Prince by Machiavelli for Social Foundations.

I'm The Princess Machiavelli

I took a break from homework and started to watch Funny Face online. Oh my goodness it's been a while since I've seen it and it reminded me why it's my favorite Audrey Hepburn movie. It's simply marvelous. And if you're looking for a birthday gift for me I'd LOVE it on DVD. Ugh it's just fantastic and beautiful. Around 7:00 me, Susan, Kayla, Kelly and Lindsay all went to get dinner at the new cafe that opened in U-hall but it sucked hard core so we ended up going to Palladium instead. We were like the most obnoxious, loud, annoying people there. Kayla entertained us with her antics and decided to tell us all what Disney character we would be. She said I was Dory. Quel Surprise. But anyway. I'm off to watch the rest of Funny Face and read some more Machiavelli.

Much Love.
Jewlie.

"This is from my sister, I'm supposed to give it to you on Valentines Day, but I'm not waiting"-Fabi, on the Hannah Montana Valetine from her sister.

Today was a really good day. Like really really. I'm not even sure why exactly, I was just in a really good mood all day. I guess it all started because I woke up REALLY good this morning [despite my not sleeping well last night]. And of course me, being the blonde I am, completely forgot to look up where all my classes are so I had to frantically look for that this morning. I had my first class today at 8:00 at my favorite place...MERCER STREET! LSKDJFLKSDJF! I can't believe it! ALL OF MY CLASSES ARE 8:00 AT MERCER STREET. Oh well. It'll be a workout. But anyway it didn't matter because I had my class with Professor Diyanni! I love that man. He's so funny, just the same as always. Most of the kids in the class were the same as last semester but we got a few new ones too. And I sat next to a guy I never talked to last semester. His name is Jackson Taylor. I don't know why but I really like that name. Anyway he's on the soccer team and he's really nice. And I saw Starbucks Stephanie, and Laura from Social Foundations and we all caught up. And Rona straightened her hair and dyed it black! And she was like the billionth person who told me I look like Kit from Project Runway.

So yeah. It was a good class. Our homework is read King Lear act 1 but I'm already finished so that's not a problem. OH! And I hit up the 4th Street Starbucks before class as per usual. It's good to have routine back in my life! After class I went back to the dorm for like an hour before it was time to leave for work! I basically just grabbed a bagel and checked my emails and such. And my ear muffs broke!!! So my ears were cold on the way to work. Bummer.

Work was amazing. It was just the girls today- Amanda, Julie, Natasha, Diane, Jen and me. It was really fun. And Julie gave me a heart shaped lollipop! Mmm! Me, Diane and Amanda picked orders for like 30 minutes and then Jen checked them and me and Diane packed them. Then we picked some more orders and packed them and by 1:00 we were done with orders for the day. Me and Amanda got to chat lots about sunglasses and my birthday party and American Idol and such. I love her. She's such a cutie! So at 1:00 I made some boxes and talked to Jen and Diane.

Seriously. I love Jen. She's by far the best boss anyone could have in the entire world. We talked about me possibly coming back to New York to work Renegade this summer, which would be AMAZING. Renegade is this fabulous GIANT craft show that comes to Brooklyn every year and people come from all over the US to be in it and see it. And I really want to work it. So we talked about Renegade and Jen told me and Diane how she wants to travel to Taiwan and Italy some day and Diane was like "you should go you should go!" I love Diane. Jen calls her her adopted mom. OH! And Jen was telling me about how she has this friend Adrian whose at Sundance right now [so cool!] and then it hit me. SHE WAS TALKING ABOUT ADRIAN GRENIER!

He's been in lots of movies and he's on Entourage right now too. I guess she used to manage a band he was in. So weird. Anyway. He knows Lindsay Lohan. Weird. And Jen and I talked about school. She's really excited for my 2 years at NYU, 2 years at FIT plan. And she reminded me for the billionth time that whenever I'm ready for internships to just let her know because her sister-in-law used to work for Teen Vogue [she just got promoted so she works at another magazine now]. But yeah. Moral of the story is I love Jen. And all the girls for that matter. OH! And Jen let me play my iPod at work today. Which sounds dumb but it's like a big deal because normally only Chris and Keith get to play theirs but since they weren't in today I got to. And she told me her, Natasha and Julie all really liked what I played. Which was cool since I feel like Jen is like always on top of everything music based.

But yeah. Work was fabulous is what I'm trying to say. I liked it being just us girls. And I got off early and came home and talked to Susan about classes and such. OH! And Katie found a Hello Kitty pinata for my party! Which is supes cool and exciting. I'll probably head out to the HK store this weekend to look for other things like plates and napkins and everything. So anyway. I was hanging out with Susan and talking about rooming next year and such and all of a sudden Lindsay runs in yelling "I JUST GOT AN EMAIL FROM THE NEW YORK TIMES THAT HEATH LEDGER IS DEAD!!!!" And she's like flipping out so immediately Susan and I hit up dlisted.com and sure enough. He died to day. BLOCKS FROM WHERE WE LIVE [and MK's apartment no less!] At 3:35 [only like an hour after we heard about it] he was found in her apartment, naked on a bed surrounded by pills. They haven't released a statement about how he died yet but it's looking like suicide. And it's weird because MK is in Utah for Sundance...so they don't know why he was at her apartment. I just feel bad for Michelle Williams and their daughter...she's only two! So that was the big scandal of the day. Very sad.

RIP Heath.

In other news Fabi's sister sent me a Hannah Montana Valentine! So cute! But now I'm off to have dinner with Susan and Fabi and then we're watching Sailor Moon before our floor meeting tonite. Have a fabulous night everyone!

Much Love.

"You look so punky today!"-Keith, on my new hair.

First things first. I'd like to personally thank the Starbucks Crew at the Starbucks on Third Ave and 15th Street for brightening my morning. Espesh the Chris Brown look-a-like who loved my MKA mug. Seriously. It's so weird but everyone working was so friendly and it just really cheered me up. Anyway. The L train was SO SLOW this morning. I could have ran faster that it was going. But anyway. As per usual I miraculously made it to work on time.

It was so great to see Chris and Keith and Jen and Amanda and everyone! I had to be at work at 10:00 and I worked until 4:00. It was a pretty long day! Jen taught me how to pick orders today! That's a big step up for me! I was really excited. And I like picking orders. It's pretty fun. And I got to do it with Diane and Amanda and we all talked and laughed. I really like Amanda. She's supes cute and nice. AND AND AND! We got some new products in today! We got a TRÉS cute Hello Kitty t-shirt in! Loves it! And we got a couple more t-shirts, 2 new pairs of sunglasses and a beautiful black and white skirt. It was really exciting to see all the new stuff!

So I picked orders for like an hour and a half and then I started packing orders. Coors Light came in at like 1:00 from his dentist appointment so he helped me after that. We were done packing the orders at like 2:40 which was good because Jen told me that UPS is coming at 3:00 now instead of 5:00! So we lose 2 hours of packing everyday! But we did just fine today and it was Monday which is our busy day. After we were done packing we put all the orders out to be picked up, restocked boxes etc. It was a pretty typical day at FF. I go back tomorrow at 11:00-4:00.

After I got home from work I talked to my mom for a bit but I was pretty cranky since I hadn't eaten anything yet. I was getting ready to go get something to eat when Kyle called so I talked to him a bit and then Nick called me so I talked to him and then FINALLY I got something to eat. Me and Kayla had some soup. Mmm! Then I went on surfthechannel.com and found the Hannah Montana London Concert so I called Kaity to tell her about it since those are like her two fav things ever! And then I proceeded to watch some Sailor Moon.

SAILOR MOON!

Susan came home at like 6:00 and we caught up. She had an epifabical time in Disney World and was totes excited to watch the Sailor Moon movies later in the night. I showed her my Jonas Brothers wall and she said she was like really impressed. Actually. She couldn't stop saying "Oh my God." She said it like 15 times! She thinks I should email them a picture of it. I told her we are SO going to their concert when they come here. Kaity and Natalie got 4th row! I'm SO jealous!

But yeah. I'm off to watch more Sailor Moon and enjoy my last homework free night until the end of the year. I start classes tomorrow but it's just Cultural Foundations at 8:00 with Professor Diyanni. We'll probably only be there like 20 minutes anyway since we don't have anything to discuss. And then it's off to work. Hope everyone had a good MLK JR. day!

Much Love.

"Nick Jonas wants you!"-Kayla, on the poster Nick autographed for me.

I did NOT sleep well last night at all. Which doesn't make any sense since I was exhausted from being up since 4:30 in the morning. But I couldn't get comfortable. I was REALLY sore from yoga. And I woke up at 4:00 DYING of thirst. And then I woke up at 8:00. And then again at 9:00. And then I finally got up at 9:30. I had a bit of a sore throat this morning as well so Kelly brought me some tea which was lovely of her. I met Tina's friends who have been staying in our common room. One of them is from Michigan and goes to U of M and she knows where Clarkston is. That always blows my mind. She actually knows someone from Clarkston. Weird! Anyway I chatted with them for quite a bit. They were very friendly. And they left us their air mattress and two blankets! But I mostly laid in bed all morning reading magazines.

Tina came in to see me. First time I've seen her since I got back and we had a nice long chat about how last year was the year of Celebrity babies and this will be the year of Celebrity deaths. Seriously. Britterz will not make it to see 2009 and neither will Amy Winehouse. They'll be dropping like flies I guarantee it. Anyway. Her birthday is today. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TINA! And her party is tonite but I'll be skipping it since I have to get up fairly early for work tomorrow. But Chase Crawford is going to be there. Apparently they're tight now. Oh and I talked to Kyle and my Dad for a bit and then I started working on my Jo Bro's wall. IT'S FINALLY COMPLETELY UPDATED. And let me tell you. It's my entire wall. Floor to ceiling. Plus I had to scratch my HSM2 door to make room for them Jonas Brothers AND I had to scrap my SexyZac wall to make MORE room for the Jonas Brothers!

Of course while I was working on all that I was totally rocking out to the Jonas Brothers. I went old school and busted out the first cd too. I love the song Mandy. It's so catchy! Anyway. I finally got dressed and then since Kelly went to Seaport and Kayla was at the optometrist's I decided to clean the apartment. I went all out. I swifered, swept, picked up all the trash around, took the trash out and straightened up the furniture. It was very...refreshing. And of course I listened to Hannah, McFly and the Jo Bro's while doing so.

Then I didn't have much else to do so I started reading King Lear which is what we're going to be assigned to do when I go to class on Tuesday. Yeah I'm an overachiever. Haha. But I had nothing else to do! Finally Kayla came home and we ate a little food. She gave me some tasty veggie rolls! Mmm! Then we hung out in my room and decided to watch MCFLY VIDEOS ON YOUTUBE! My favorite pastime! We watched the ones where Harry wakes everyone up, the Il Divo cover, and when Danny and Dougie do the dance to Beat It. OH! And we watched the one where Harry, Danny and Dougie mock Tom singing She Falls Asleep. Then Kayla had to go practice Shakespeare stuff so I decided to watch ALL the Up Close and Personal Tour videos. And then I watched a bunch of McFly music videos. It was a very McFly filled evening! Here's two of my favorite McFly videos!

Sorry's Not Good Enough. Loves it!

Please Please! [EEEEEEP HARRY!]

Then I talked to the lovely Miss Katie Carter and we discussed my birthday plans. So everything is pretty finalized. It's going to be Saturday the 9th of February at her place on 74th street [Upper East Side=SO Gossip Girls!] And the theme is....HELLO KITTY! Duh. What else would it be? So we're going to get decorations and bake a Hello Kitty cake and make little HK snacks and such. And I'm going to wear my special birthday outfit and a tiara and a Birthday Girl sash! OH! And Katie was nice enough to say that the girls can sleepover if they want since the party is later at night. I love that girl, she is the definition of best sister ever.

The Sailor Moon videos that me and Kayla are going to make Susan let us watch tomorrow night!

So now I'm off to read some more King Lear and perhaps make some tea [my third cup today?!] and perhaps watch Just My Luck since I'm feeling SO McFly today. Oh. And it's like 99% sure that Juliana isn't coming back. Which is a bummer. BUT SUSAN AND FABI COME BACK TOMORROW! And I go back to FF tomorrow! I get to see my Jen Jen! And ride the metro for the first time in like a month. Stay cute!

Much Love.
Jewlie.

"All I've been doing since I got back is watching Sailor Moon on YouTube all day."-Kayla, on being back in New York.

I'm back. And honestly, I can't say it's that great to be here. I mean I'm sure once I get back into all my routines and Susan and Fabi are back that I'll feel better, but right now, I just want to be back in Michigan. I miss everyone so much already. I had to get up at 4:30 this morning and even though I only slept 4.5 hours, I slept really good. I didn't even wake up once. So I got up, got ready and then it was off to the airport. Because I'd been home for a whole month it was really hard to say goodbye to my parents. I guess that's the one downside to having a month off of school. I wanted to look and see if they had any good magazines and my dad was like "Oh do they have the GOOD magazine? The one with you in it?" So I got an issue of Teen Vogue and opened it to the page and he turns to these two ladies in the store and goes "That's her." And points to me. It was really funny. But then it was time for me to go through security and stuff and I don't know. It was just really sad. It was hard.

So I got to my gate just in time to board and I'm sitting on the plane all anxious and I find out we have to evacuate the plane so they can shut it down because there's some kind of electrical error or something. So then we get off the plane. Then 10 minutes later we get back on the plane. Then we sit on the plane for 15 more minutes while it warms up. Then we taxi for 15 more minutes. All the while I'm like sobbing and am really anxious because I hate the part before the plane leaves the ground. But my actual flight was not too bad. We got in at 8:20 and I was in a weird state of unconsciousness but without being asleep the whole time. I was really out of it. But I had no trouble getting a taxi and I made it back to the dorm fine.

When I got to our room there were these two random people sleeping in our common room. I accidently woke them up but they were really nice, apparently they're Tina's friends. So then I went into my room and Kelly was sleeping so I just started unpacking my stuff which didnt' really take that long. And while I was unpacking and everything I felt okay but then Kyle called me and then I just sort of got unraveled. I went into Fabis' room and just talked to him and cried a lot. I just really miss him and Kaity. But then I decided I couldn't cry all day so I went back in my room and finished unpacking and when I was done it felt good. Plus my dad called and I got to talk to him which was really nice.

Eventually Kayla woke up while I was cutting up my Popstar and J-14 magazines and we talked about our breaks and everything and I showed her what Kelly brought me. Which reminds me I forgot to mention that! Kelly brought me two Sailor Moon movies on VHS and I can't wait to watch them! So me and Kayla got talking about Sailor Moon and we decided to watch some on YouTube since apparently that's all she's done since she got back to the dorm. It was really fun. We were laughing and talking and then we watched some Pokémon and some Totally Spies. We both made some tea and then we decided we would go to Yoga For The People that night.

Yoga For The People is a nonprofit group that holds yoga every night in the East Village for free. It's completely donation based and you can even rent your mats there. It's held in an apartment building and there's two studios it's held in. Kayla told me that when Mary-Kate is in the city and she wants to do yoga that's where she goes! It's really fun. A bunch of random East Villagers gather in this room [and I'm talking probably like 20-30 people!] mostly in their 20's I'd say and just do yoga. It was so nice. It was exactly what I needed. It was really hard though! I haven't stretched in so long! It was challenging but I liked that and if you couldn't do all the poses nobody was going to judge you. And everyone was friendly. I just loved it. So I might start going every Saturday night.

When me and Kayla were done at yoga [which lasts an hour by the way] we decided we'd go out and get something to eat. I suggested Around The Clock since it has tasty food and I was starved! Plus it's so close and so cheap! So we got back to the dorm and invited Kelly and the both of us hopped in the shower. While I was waiting for Kayla to be ready I called Kaity and we chatted. I MISS MY BETCHHHHHH! She told me her and Natalie are sending my Birthday Present early along with the Hannah Concert shirt which I forgot. I forgot a lot of stuff at home. Silly me! So I'm excited for that. Speaking of mail, I got mine. I HAD SO MANY MAGAZINES! I had Lucky, Harpar's Bazaar, Teen Vogue and then two paychecks from Fred Flare and some stuff from FIT! My mailbox was overflowing!

Me and Kelly and Kayla had dinner and it was SO good! I had a veggie burger and fries and oh my goodness my mouth is watering just thinking about it! But the service was really slow. Not that we were in a hurry but Kayla REALLY wanted her Coke. It was nice to go out just the three of us.

SO HUNGRY!

After dinner Kayla went to Walgreens and I came back and worked on my Jo Bro's wall. I was going to put a picture up tonite of it on the blog but I want to wait until I'm done with my Jonas Brother's Life Story pictures as well. Let me tell you. THE WALL IS INSANE! I love it. Speaking of Jo Bro's I still haven't seen Tina but Kayla told me she quit MTV because they wanted her to quit school and lose 15 pounds. I so don't blame her for quitting. OH! And no sign of Juliana. Kelly says that Juliana didn't like NYU very much [totes did not know that!] so it's like 99% sure she's gone forever. So weird. So very weird. Maybe our floor is cursed! Who knows, but they're dropping like flies!

Anyway. While I was working on my Jo Bro's wall, Kyle called me and we talked until I was pretty much passed out. I was so tired. I'd been up 18 hours with basically no caffeination in my system! So when we got off the phone I put my pj's on and just passed out. But I woke up and was really really thirsty so I just got some water and now I'm off to bed. Again. I'm exhausted. Miss you all VERY much! [Espesh mom and dad!]

Much Love.
Jewlie.

"Like...if I don't get a latte in the next two hours I'm going to jump off my roof."-Me, to Kaity, on my desperate NEED for a latte.

So tomorrow is my last full day in Michigan. BUT! I don't think I've blogged this yet! My parents have decided that as a birthday present they will fly me home on the 14th [the day after my birthday] and I'll be home until the 19th! So I'm really excited because I'll be back in Michigan 4 weeks from today! And time is going to FLYYYYYY by! I have all new classes when I get back to school and I start back up at Fred Flare [!!!] then on February 1st me and Susan are going to see the Hannah Montana Movie in 3D! That's opening night and it's in Times Square! I'm TRES pumped! Then the next Wednesday [the 6th] is the SPICE GIRLS CONCERT!!!!!! KJSDLKFJSLDKJ! SO EXCITED!!! OKDSJLFKJSD! It's going to be so AMAZING! I can't wait! Then that Saturday, the 9th, the lovely Miss Katie Carter is helping me throw a birthday party [first one in 6 years!] at her place! And we're going totes themed out! I can't decide what the theme should be yet but I've been throwing around some ideas. So I'm really excited for that and then the next Thursday I'll be back! Isn't that amazing?!

Things for me have been looking up a lot lately, even though I'm supes depressed about going back to the city. It feels so surreal. I can't imagine that I'll soon be back to sharing my room with Kelly and having lunch with Susan everyday. I mean of course I've missed my girlies...but I'll be devastated with Kaity and Kyle and my parents. I won't even lie. Just thinking about it for a brief second usually brings tears to my eyes. But I know I"ll get through it. Especially with the prospect of coming home so soon! And speaking of my NYU girlies there's been sort of a scandal about us! I guess Susan went back to the room on Monday to drop off some of her stuff before she heads to Disney World [LUCKY!] and ALL of Juliana's things were gone. All her pictures, her clothes, her shoes, her MATTRESS! EVERYTHING! And we have no idea what happened of what's going on! And to top that Kayla returned to the dorm last night and said all of Juliana's kitchen stuff is gone too! Her food AND her dishes! And the weirdest part is no one seems to know what's happened to her! So hopefully we'll get the scoop soon! I'll keep you posted.

Speaking of Kayla, she called me at 6:40 this morning thinking my phone would be off [of course it wasn't. Lucky me.] and surprisingly just hearing her voice and talking to her sort of woke me up so we talked for a few minutes about the whole Juliana situation. The only thing I can think of is that something happened with her injury so I really really hope she's okay!

I still can't believe I'm finally going back to the city. It's been such a nice long four weeks here. It just makes summer seem that much more appealing. 3 months with no school work, sleeping in, no responsibilities [except find another job!]. It'll be amazing. 2008 has already been such a great year. Heck, the second half of 2007 was INCREDIBLE! And as sad as I am to be leaving everyone here, I know that my life and my dreams are out in New York and that that is the place for me.

Oh! So here's a few of the theme ideas I've come up with. Of course I want to consult with Katie and with Kayla [whom I know will have some ahhhmazing ideas] but I just thought I'd throw a few out there and see what people think. So I've got just like a classic Black and White theme where everything is black and white and everyone dresses black and white and it sounds a bit boring but I dont' want anything TOO extravagant or over the top since it'll just be us girls. Then I've got like this very pink sort of Marie Antoinette meets Juicy Couture sort of girly theme going on [so not the normal me, but definitely could be fun for one night] and I've got like a Paris [not Hilton!] theme idea or like an Audrey Hepburn theme like with stuff from all her movies [so many to choose from!] or a Movie Star Look Alikes [but then I thought this would be very reminiscent of Halloween for us...] and then my last idea is like the Mad Hatter's Tea Party type of thing because it could be cute but it could be more edgy too. Plus we always joke about how we want to have tea and crumpets all the time [Lindsay loves crumpets!]. So yeah. Those are just a few. I'm going to continue brainstorming through the weekend and I'm open to any suggestions from anyone!

And I had to post this because me and my mom were practically to tears about it while watching American Idol last night. I love the auditions. It's the best part.

Today was a good day though. I watched the Ellen Show [been doing that A LOT lately] and then me and Kaity went to Starbucks to get lattes while we waited for Nick to call us to go to lunch. So Nick finally called us at 1:00 and we went to Greg's and saw the lovely Megan McIssac there. And it was so nice, just the three of us laughing and talking. I really love them both. But Kaity had to work at 4:00 so me and Nick went back to my house and watched some OC. And then my mom got home and we talked for a while and then I showed Nick some American Idol clips and we laughed really really hard. He has such a funny laugh. After Nick left Kyle called and wanted to hang out so I went and got him and we got gas and then just hung out at my house looking at old yearbooks and such. It was funny. I'm such a different person now.

So...tomorrow's my last day. UGH. I don't even want to think about the emotional wreck I'll be in. And on that note I'm sure I'll be updating the blog Saturday if not tomorrow! You know you love me.

Much Love.
Jewlie.

"Umm yeah. She has no eye lashes. End of story."-Me, on describing a certain person I'm not the biggest fan of to Katie.

Ughhh I missed my blogginz! But I'll be back for good soon. Less than a week! Anyway. I'll try and think of anything epic that's happened in the past week...Well. I'm still sad to be going back but I'm excited to see my girlies and I have a lot of fun things coming up! Me and Susan are seeing the Hannah 3D movie February 1st, then the Spice Girls concert is February 6th and THEN my 19th BIRTHDAY!!!! And the Jo Bro's are back on tour so hopefully they'll be hitting the big city soon after that!

Let's see...last Monday and Wednesday I visited the high school. It was nice to see Mr. Tice and all the drama kids again. I watched the boys auditions for the musical [South Pacific] and that was really fun. Wednesday was callbacks and so of course I couldn't miss those. Everyone was fabulous but it made me sad that I didn't get to be part of it. I really miss theatre and being at those auditions is what really made me realize that.

Friday my mom skipped work and we went on a shopping extravaganza! I didn't really get much but it was so fun to spend the day with her. Except we kind of ran into a scandal! So we decided to go to this new mall that we'd never been to, so we get there and it's an OUTDOOR MALL [like Rochester but bigger] and we DIDN'T WEAR COATS! And it was like rain/hailing a little! So that was an experience to say the least! But still so fun! And then we had a delicious lunch at CPK. Mmm! So good! Then after I got home I met Kaity and Natalie at Caribou and we were there FOREVERRRRR. But it was awesome. I'm going to miss Caribou so much!

OH! And I found out my Kayla love will be back in the city the 16th so we'll get lots of time to hang out before school starts back up! And she sent me a lovely Gossip Girls picture that I've GOT to share with everyone! OH! And I found me and Chelsea's picture on the Teen Vogue website! Here's the link, it's picture number 9! http://www.teenvoguefashionuniversity.com/tiffany.asp And I had a lovely long chat with Chelsea about college and such. Gotta love that girl. Umm let's see...what else? I am totes missing Gossip Girls already! I watched the last episode with Kaity and my mom. But at least American Idol starts this Tuesday! EEP! Oh and yesterday I got a haircut and went to the library and found the last Gossip Girl...THAT I'VE NEVER READ BEFORE!!!! So exciting! But yes. My new haircut. I know you're all dying to see it!

HAIR CUT!!!

Gossip Girls! So cute!

So yes. That's all that I can really update you all on. OH OH OH! Except that my grades are in for first semester!
Writing- B [that bobobebe!]
Social Foundations- A-
Latin American Cultures- A-
Cultural Foundations- A
I did pretty darn good if I do say so myself! But yeah. Today not too much going on. I've been lazing around all day [as per usual ALL BREAK] and then I'm going over to Kyle's because it's his little brother's birthday today and we're having cake and then I'm going to Natalie's to watch the new Hannah episode with her and Kaity and then we're visiting Marble Slab Megan for some ice cream! But as usual, I'm off to go...do all sorts of scandalous things. Miss everyone!

UPDATE: Ashley Taylor from Teen Vogue just made this video yearbook for our class! Watch for me, I'm in the first batch of graduates!
