"You idiot!"-Lindsay, on Kayla knocking the Hannah Montana Game over.

Happy Leap Day! I love Leap Day. The thought of a day that only comes once every four years is so...exciting to me. PLUS! The next Leap Day [as Lindsay pointed out] we'll all be GRADUATED from college! CRAZY! I wish I was born on Leap Day. I think that would be so cool. But on to my day. So I woke up at like 8:00 this morning for no apparent reason but I just sort of laid around and then I got ready to have breakfast with Susan. STILL no french toast sticks. Hopefully tomorrow. So we had breakfast and then Susan had to go to class so I went back upstairs and watched Lost until I finished Season 1! It was SO good. There was some stuff I forgot about so it was still really exciting and everything. And after I finished Lost I got in the shower and then me, Fabi and Lindsay went to Pinkberry!

We got a little lost on the way to Pinkberry because I thought it was at 23rd street but it's actually at 26th street but we got there nonetheless. Literally the second we walked in the place filled up. We could hardly get a table! But I got green tea flavored with Captain Crunch and some Raspberries! Mmm! It was so tasty bits! And we just sort of hung out there for a while and chatted which was really nice. I haven't talked to Fabi and Lindsay in a while. But we lost track of time and by the time we looked to see what time it was it was too late to go to Seventeen. So that was a bummer. But I mean hopefully I'll get to go another time.

So we walked back to the dorm and decided that we definitely wanted Pizza for Game Night. Mmm! Pizza! So when we got back to the dorm I worked on homework and Lindsay and Fabi and Kayla went to get pizza and some other groceries. I went downstairs to get a box so I could have some salad and I ate that and by the time I finished it, the girls were back. So we ate the pizza. Okay. It was like the HUGEST pizza I have ever seen and we got two of them. Yeah. We ate BOTH! I thought I was going to die. But it was so good!

A picture from the big snow day that Fabi took.

Susan reading the instructions for the Hannah Game
Me and Fabi!
Me doing a cartwheel as one of my Hannah Challenges
Susan pretending she's a cheerleader as one of her Hannah Challenges
P. "dancing like Hannah Montana" as one of her Hannah Challenges.
Then we played The Hannah Montana Game that's sort of like Truth or Dare which Susan got for Secret Santa and it was pretty fun but not as fun as we thought it was going to be. So then we busted out Loaded Questions because Lindsay's mom sent it to us and we'd never played it. OH. MY. JONAS. It was the funnest game ever! You ask people these personal questions and then they have to write down their answers and then someone reads them and the person who's turn it is has to guess who answered what! We were entertained for HOURS! But now it's REALLY late and I still need to call Kyle back so I'm off to bed. Enjoy the rest of your Leap Day. And tomorrow is MARCH!

Much Love.

"They're those cookies shaped like Peanut Butter!"-Susan, on Nutter Butter's.

Yesterday's Vlog went so well that I did another for today [par special request from Chelsea]. It's not going to be an everyday thing. I'll probably just do a Vlog like once a week for entertainment and to switch it up. But dang. I'm getting tons of views from people on Youtube. Before I even put this video on the blog it had 40 something views! But yeah. Ch-ch-ch-check it out!

Much Love.

"In 6 days man was formed from a lump of clay and woman sprung forth from man's rib. It just made sense."-John Stewart in a clip we watched in Writing

I thought I'd try a new way to cut down the blogging time. Have a gander.

I'm a goof. Haha. And yes. I did mention ANTM like twice in less than a minute. Whatev. Hopefully you at least got a laugh out of that.

"Alright. Next fire drill we're all going down in negligées or naked."-Kayla, on getting to stay INSIDE during the fire drill.

Today's entry WILL be cut short [I swear it this time] due to an unexpected fire drill that just occurred about 3 minutes ago. So today in a nutshell. School = the usual. I had Professor Diyanni's class and it was really nice to see Rana and Elizabeth again. We talked about Paradise Lost which is so so good and everyone should read it. Though it's pretty challenging to read I must admit. Then I came back to the dorm, had Lucky Charms for breakfast and checked my email before heading off to work.

Jen had the day off [boo.] so it was just me and Diane packing orders today. We had 207 so that's quite a bit for a Tuesday. Then I had to make loads of boxes and do returns as well so I ended up working my full 5 hour shift. First 5 hour shift in like 3 weeks. It was long to say the least. But it was enjoyable. I love Chris and Diane. And Amanda. She wrapped up my new glasses for me! Yeah we just got in like 4 new colors of the Risky Biz sunglasses and I'm loving these ones [they're the Johnny's incase you wanna get some for yourself.]

When I got home from work I started to do my Writing homework for tomorrow and then went to dinner with Fabi, Susan, Lindsay and Kayla. They had mashed potatoes. Mmm! Then it was back upstairs to start Gulliver's Travels. So far it's not too bad. But it's not like spectacular either. I was planning on finishing Book I except for then we had that unexpected fire drill. It was sucky. It was cold. And we had to walk down 14 flights of stairs. Kayla got to stay inside because she was practically naked. Lucky her. But me and P. got to the front of the re-entrance line so we got the elevator first which was AWESOME. But now I"m off to work out and then call Kyle. Mom- I SWEAR I will call you tomorrow. Hopefully. I've just been pretty busy with work and school this week. Love and miss you all!

Much Love.

"So today...nevermind. Boring story."-Lindsay, getting ready to tell me and Kayla a story during snack time.

So I was going to do this big huge blog about how I got no sleep last night and was supes tired all day during work and blah blah blah but I told Kyle I was going to call him like 10 minutes ago. Lucky for you, I'm skipping all the complaining and cutting it down to the good stuff. So I went to Professor Glassman's class this morning and he said THE funnies thing about NYU. He was like "Yeah. NYU has the weirdest campus I've ever seen. I've been teaching here 20 years and I walk in the same building with the same guards everyday and they still have no idea who I am. They're still like 'ID please'. NYU is the only place where you can walk around campus for 20 minutes and be like 'Where the hell am I?!' because it's just so big! We used to have this faculty dining hall but they tore it down a couple years ago and now I can't ever find any of the other teachers." And he just went on this huge rant about it and everyone was like dying. Oh. And we learned about Utopia. Duh.

Then it was off to Life Science where we watched this movie called The Mystery of Photo 51, which is about Rosalind Franklin and discovering DNA and such. It wasn't too bad. And we got out 15 minutes early. Then I went to writing and I got my first draft of my paper back and I got THE BEST comments ever on it. "An EXCELLENT start. You use the sources extremely well!" "It seems to me given your excellent analysis, you could expand your intro just a little to encompass some more detail with regard to your main points." "your section on women is particularly strong." EEP! She loved it. And she's so nice too. I love Professor Langer.

Next was my 50 yard dash to the metro to head to Fred Flare. I was dreading this all day because we had Free Ship over the weekend so we were expecting a TON of orders. The people did not disappoint. We had 507 orders today. That's 100 more orders two Mondays ago and 300 orders over our goal for today. It was box madness! It was me, Chris, Jen and Diane versus the 507 orders. But we finished just as UPS was rolling up to the warehouse. Yay! OH OH OH! And Chris got his autographed Zac Efron sunglasses back from J-14 today! It was so exciting! They're totes the coolest thing ever. AND! Tomorrow is Jen Jen's birthday so we got her cupcakes and made her a card and then when she wasn't paying attention, me, Natasha, Amanda, Chris and Diane all lit the cupcakes and came into the office and sang Happy Birthday to her. She was really surprised. And the cupcakes were FABULOUS. They had cream cheese frosting. Mmm! But since tomorrow is Jen's birthday she's not working and she gave me Friday off because she thinks we'll be slow so I won't see her for a whole week!

I checked my mail after to work hoping to get my charger...and I did! I was THRILLED to get it. But even more thrilled to find a Birthday card from Chelsea! It plays We're All In This Together! And she wrote me a nice long letter that I can't wait to respond to. On my way up to the room I ran into Susan and Fabi on their way to dinner so I joined them. Again, nothing too great. But it didn't matter, I just enjoyed their company. But oh my goodness! You won't believe this! There was COCKROACH IN THE DINING HALL! Yeah. I saw it. I've never seen a live one before. I thought I was going to die. But some guy killed it.

When I got upstairs I finished my King Lear paper and then had snack time with Kayla, Lindsay and Susan. I love those girls. Oh and I talked to Ian tonite for a while too which was nice. I haven't talked to him in forever. And I heard from Britt Britt as well. I really miss that girl. But we've got plans to hang out and shop when I come home for spring break! And on that note, I absolutely have to go because this blog is no longer short and I'm WAY late for calling Kyle. Night all! Don't forget to watch American Idol tomorrow night and vote for David Archuleta!

Much Love.
Jewlie.

"So. I hear you rocked the Tunnel of Oppression the other night."-Ricky, on our field trip Thursday night.

Today was pretty much a waste of a day. Kelly had a friend sleepover last night and they were talking this morning and it woke me up. AT 8:00 AM!!!! I WAS planning to sleep until 10:00 when the dining hall opens. LKSDJF. But anyway, I got up at 8:00 and got some tea and checked my emails and such. Then I decided I'd watch an episode of Lost before I had breakfast with Susan. Except Susan didn't wake up and at 10:40 I thought my stomach was going to eat itself so I went by myself. I ran into Tina and Ricky though. Breakfast wasn't that good again. No french toast sticks. Boo.

After breakfast I watched more Lost. Then I watched some more Lost. Then I finished my Museum Assignment and emailed it to Professor Diyanni. Then I watched some more Lost. Let me tell you. I watched 7 EPISODES of Lost today. So you can easily imagine that's what I did ALL DAY. I did go in and talk to Fabi for a little while around 2:00 because both of our stomachs didn't feel well. But all I did was tell her about Lost. It was a Lost kind of day.

Finally at like 4:00 I called Kaity because the Jo Bro's posted a bulletin on Myspace that they're going to release more tour dates soon and that they're going to tour Europe with a "really well known band". Naturally my brain went insane with assumptions that perhaps they're speaking of the one, the only MCFLY!!! Because they once said if they could tour with anyone in the whole world they would pick McFly. AND they both have new albums coming out this summer. So I called Kaity so we could discuss that matter and we decided IF Jo Bro's do tour with McFly...well naturally we're flying to the UK and seeing them. But I had to cut the convo short because I still don't have my charger and I'm afraid my battery will run out soon. So I didn't get to hear about her amazing Jo Bro's experience last night. Although she did call me during "When You Look Me In The Eyes"!!!
+ =
When Kaity and I hung up, I went with Susan, Fabi and Lindsay to PB&CO. to use our coupons and get dinner. I just got a regular Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich but our coupons got us a free jar of Peanut Butter, so I got Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter. Mmm! We got it to go because none of us were very hungry and we had a nice walk back because the weather here is beautiful! OH! And the Oscars were on tonite so we decided to watch those at 8:00 [that's when the red carpet started] and that was highly entertaining. And between PB&CO. and the Oscars I [you guessed it!] watched one more episode of Lost.

Sorry today has been so utterly boring, but tomorrow is school/work so perhaps I'll have some stories to tell you then. And every though tomorrow is Monday, try to have a great day!

Much Love.
Jewlie.

"I LOVE HIM!"-Susan, on the main guy from the movie we watched tonite called Dedication.

Today was a pretty good day. Except for I guess today's entry really starts at 3AM since I was STILL AWAKE then! I know! That Bubble Tea really caffeinated me and I couldn't sleep. So I was up until 3AM watching Saved By The Bell re-runs and taking random pictures with photobooth. Haha! But I woke up at like 9:00 and laid around in my bed for about a half hour before forcing myself out to take a shower. THE WATER WAS SO COLD! I couldn't make it hot. Needless to say, it was a quick shower. When I got out me, Fabi and Kayla went to breakfast because Susan had her friends over last night and they were still sleeping when we went to breakfast. Breakfast shockingly wasn't that good. Boo.

HAHA. I was REALLY loopy because it was so late but I just couldn't sleep!
After breakfast I read my Harper's Bazaar and then my Glamour magazine and cut out all the good pictures which was very relaxing. Except then Morgan came over and her, me and Lindsay worked on our Life Science Presentation. Which took FLIPPING FOREVER! But we got the whole thing done, which is way good. And a huge relief. And I like Morgan. She's really funny. And nice. And duh. I love Lindsay too.

When Morgan left I went to do laundry with Susan and then we got some boxes to go because I had 6 meals left for today. So I got some bread, bagels, peanut butter and cereal. And some apples! Mmm! But me and Susan had to search FOREVER to find open washers and dryers. It was insane. But we eventually got our laundry going and then I came back upstairs and started to work on my museum assignment for Professor Diyanni. When our wash was done we went to put stuff in dryers and there were NO dryers! We had to wait around for this other person's clothes to be done and then put them on a table and put our stuff in. Except for then one of the machines wouldn't work, so then we had to find ANOTHER machine and take THAT person's stuff out and then take our stuff out of the other machine that wouldn't work, and then put THAT person's stuff back in the original dryer. It was crazy. But the point is, we did laundry.

Halfway through my museum assignment Lindsay and Fabi got back from tanning and we all went to dinner with Susan downstairs. They had spaghetti! And breadsticks. Mmm! So we al ate and chatted and such and then we all got some more boxes to go because we all had leftover meals. I got more cereal and more apples. We decided we wanted to watch a movie because it was early and we were all feeling lazy and Lindsay rented three movies. So we watched the Mandy Moore movie. It was called Dedication. At first we all HATED it, but then it got really good and I actually really really liked it.

I wore my Jo Bro's shirt today in honor of Kaity and Natalie's Jo Bro's concert tonite. And I'm listening to them right now! Except it's the first cd. Which apparently isn't even in print anymore. But I kind of like it. Haha. Even though they sound like...really really young. OH! My charger STILL didn't come today. So now I'll have to wait until Monday. Boo. Hopefully my phone can make it! AND AND AND Kaity called me during "When You Look Me in the Eyes" when Nick was singing. It was epifabical. But now I'm off to talk to Kyle and go to bed early because I hardly got any sleep last night. T-minus 2 weeks and 5 days Clarkston!

Much Love.
Jewlie.

"You are on a Kayla-like high today!"-Susan, on my crazy dancing in H&M

Today was like the best day ever. Seriously. It was AWESOME. So I woke up at 8:00 and got dressed and such so that me and Susan could go to breakfast at 8:30 and what did I wake up to? A nice giant blanket of snow! And it was snowing still! So that was pretty exciting. Because of the snow Susan decided to skip her one and only class today but I had breakfast with her and then it was off to work.

The trek to work was not so pleasant. Let me tell you. When it snow it New York it snow, and then it immediately turns to slush and sleet and then the roads and sidewalks flood. So yes. Getting to FF this morning was not a great time. But I listened to the Juno soundtrack the whole way there [Lindsay lent it to me] and it's SO good! Lucky for me, Chris came in early today and shoveled the sidewalks in front of FF before I got there. It was so good to see everyone, especially my Jen Jen! AND as an added bonus Nick [of the Johnson variety] ordered two pairs of Risky Biz sunglasses that I got to pack for him! So that was fun. Cory worked today and we only had like a hundred orders so we were COMPLETELY done with everything by 1:00 and got to go home early.

Going home early was like the best thing ever because I caught Fabi, Susan and Lindsay just in time to go to lunch with them and then uptown! So we had a little lunch and shopping extravaganza! We ate at Yummy House [a Chinese place across the street] and it was SO TASTY BITS! I had General Tso's Tofu with brown rice and Wonton soup. Mmm! So we had a nice little lunch there and then we headed to the most magical subway stop and place that ever existed in the whole world: Bloomingdale's [the place where all my dreams come true.] Oh. My. Goodness. It was BEAUTIFUL! The Fafi for MAC stuff had come in and there were all these cute Harajuku girls there and there was so much Juicy and Marc and Betsey. It was TO DIE FOR. AND AND AND I got THE CUTEST pair of Juicy Couture high tops! LOVES IT!

So after we did Bloomingdale's we headed across the street to H&M and there was some cute stuff but I never really find anything THAT amazing there. But Fab got some really good deals. Then we had to head back to the dorm because Susan was going to meet her friends at Columbia for a basketball game. When we got back me, Fabi and Lindsay decided to get some Bubble Tea and then watch The Ten [with Adam Brody!] The Bubble Tea was SO good and the movie was...well it was interesting. Haha. No for real. It was a really weird movie. I don't recommend it. Even though Adam Brody was looking mighty beastly in it.

So now I'm listening to McFly [I changed my computer background. It's TRÉS hot!] and NOT doing homework. This is a homework free day. Yay me. And I might go watch another movie with Lindsay and Fabi. Have an epifabical evening everyone!

Much Love.
Jewlie.

"Why don't you just stick it in the elevator?"-Me, telling Susan what to do about Kelly's giant box of trash in the common room.

Today was amazing in the fact that I got to sleep in until 9:00. Seriously. My alarm went off at 8:00 and I hit the snooze for an hour and it was GLORIOUS. When I finally hauled my butt out of bed I checked my emails and replied to them and such and then I did some reading for Life Science. AND. For some reason it took me like a good half hour to get dressed today. Even though I was only going to lab. It was the dumbest thing. I ended up just wearing jeans and my red american apparel shirt. So it was a well wasted half hour.

Lab was pretty uneventful. We just had to watch presentations. Some of them were REALLY boring. But it went by pretty fast and I think we got out a little early so that was nice. Me and Lindsay walked home together and checked our mail. I had a paycheck. $242.00. Not bad. Then I went upstairs and checked my emails again and such. I didn't have anything too epic. But then it was time for homework. I had to read book IV and IX of Paradise Lost. It took me FOREVER. I kept getting really distracted by McFly videos and various other things of the internet genre. But I got it done which is the important part.

Picture Anne Marie took of us while I was home.
When Fabi got home from class we went to dinner with Kayla and Susan. We were acting INSANE. I think we were all kind of out of it and tired but we were really loud and obnoxious. There wasn't anything too good. But that was okay. When we got back I watched the rest of Hollywood Week and the boys performances from American Idol this week. I got half way through the girls performances when it was time for our floor meeting. We had to go to this Tunnel of Oppression thing. It was pretty lame. It was supposed to be all provocative and life changing but really it was just boring and nothing new. It was really awkward because you could tell no one wanted to participate in the group discussion but the people kept pushing it anyway and it was just really...silent. Haha.

After the Tunnel of Oppression we came back upstairs and Tina trimmed my hair for me because it REALLY needed it. Then I helped Susan, Lindsay and Fabi pick out a movie to watch and ate some junk food [which I'm really regretting now because I feel like hurling]. I chatted with Kayla and Tina a bit and now I'm off to call Kyle and get some sleep because I have work tomorrow.

Much Love.

"I even had a cat and I called him Ché Ché."-Professor Glassman, on his revolutionary love for Ché Guevara in the 60's.

First day back at school and it was so easy. Let me tell you. Well first as I mentioned yesterday my last class was canceled so I got out at 10:45. But I made a nice transition back into things. I didn't sleep well last night at all, but outside that I managed to leave on time and get my tall non-fat latte with FIFTEEN minutes to spare. That's like a record. Then I had Glassman's class and he was hilarious as per usual. And we're reading Utopia right now and I actually read the whole thing today [impressive, I know!] and I remembered how much actually doing the reading for a class helps you. It's miraculous. And it was only like 116 pages. So it wasn't that bad. And now everything seems to make sense. Plus the book was really interesting. I highly recommend it if you've got a couple extra hours one day.

Anyway. Then it was off to Life Science where we continued our discussion of the Double Helix. I decided I should read that too now. Haha. So that's on my agenda for tomorrow. So we just discussed that and about how we have presentations tomorrow and such and our trip to see Bodies. I'm really excited about that. it's in 2 weeks. And it should be wicked fun. But we got out half hour early which was AMAZING! Me and Lindsay were really excited to get out early. So we headed back to the dorm and it was SO windy! I mean wow! I was literally being blown away.

So I read Utopia and then had lunch with Fabi and Lindsay. They had tasty mexican food for lunch. Mmm! After lunch I continued to read Utopia and then I took a break and responded to some emails and such and listened to McFly. Which brings me to my next order of business. MY AMAZING BIRTHDAY PRESENT FROM KAITY AND NATALIE! I got it last night but was too tired to blog it. They made me a McFly blanket! For those of you who have no idea what that means, they both made McFly blankets last year before we were really close and they're these giant fleece blankets that say McFly on then in the McFly font. AND THEY MADE ME ONE! I seriously like cried. Lindsay can testify to that. Haha. It's like the best present ever.

So after McFly and emails I took a shower and then it was time for ANTM! I'll try not to blog TOO much about the show but I can't help it. DUH! So here's my take on it. First of all Ty-Ty is crazy as ever. Her as the Homecoming Queen? SCARRRRRRY. Next, loved the cute little uniforms. So cute! Miss Jay looked especially fabulous. And now onto the girls. My two favorites are Dominque [she was called last and has the most kicking cheek bones ever] and Amy [who is a complete body double for Lisa circa Cycle 5]. BUT I am TOTES hating the blonde girl with the squidgy face. She SO should not have made it. Her and Miss Hawaii. Ugh. Great face, dumb girl. She was all "Even the food they give us here is like SO good." And I was just like "Girl say what?!". OH! And I like Whitney. The Plus sized girl....who is size 8? But yeah. She's got personality so hopefully she can bring it like Tocarra did. But enough about Top Modz. How about that eclipse?! Tell me you all saw it because it was awesome [and it's gonna be 2-3 more years until we see another]. Me, Kayla and Fabi watched it from Fabi's room. And Nick called me to make sure I was watching it. He's such a funny kid.

But I'm off to call Kyle because he called me 2 hours ago and I need to call him back. First class of the day tomorrow is canceled! EEP! Oh. And here's a video. I HAD to share it. There was no way I couldn't. It's TOO cute.

Much Love.

"Do non metrosexual guys wear these kind of sunglasses?"-Nick, on the Risky Business sunglasses from Fred Flare.

So my birthday extravaganza weekend was amazing. I can't believe it's already been 5 whole days. Nothing too scandalous happened on the trip. I got home Thursday night and went over to Kyle's and then when Kaity got off work we went to Caribou and had a fabulous reuniting.
The view from Katie's apartment at night.
Then on Friday I went shopping with my mom at 12 Oaks and bought some FABULOUSLY ON SALE new clothes. I got 2 turtlenecks, a pair of navy cords and a purple hooded long sleeved shirt from Delias, a dress from Pacsun, a plaid skirt, a navy polo and a red tank top from Abercrombie Kids and a hoodie and some legwarmers from Hollister. I missed Hollister. And basically everything we bought was on sale! Actually now that I think about it everything WAS on sale. Which is really lucky. So yeah. Me and mom shopped around and then we had lunch at the Coney Island and it was SO tasty bits. After shopping my mom dropped me off at Betch's house and we went to Borders with Brittany and David. It was actually really fun and completely not awkward. Which is not what me and Kaity anticipated. At all. OH! And when we dropped off David I got to see Anne Marie which was supes fun too!

On Saturday I went over to Kyle's house in the afternoon and we hung out there for a while with his family and his brothers and we went to Caribou. Which was amazing. Because I love Caribou. Like...a lot. And then after that I went home and my dad made spaghetti for dinner! Mmm! So we had dinner together which was really nice and then me and mom went to see 27 Dresses! It was so good! I loved it. It was a lot funnier than I thought it would be. After 27 Dresses we decided to watch All I Wanna Do at home, which is this indie movie that takes place in the 60's and it has Kirsten Dunst and it's really funny. My mom liked it too.

Sunday me and Kyle went over to the other house to paint some closets. It was really funny because one of the closets was like McDonald's yellow and this really obnoxious bright blue color. And we had to paint it white! So it took a long time but we were a good team. And Kyle told me multiple times that he actually had fun. PLUS we got to have pizza for lunch. Which in a way was unfortunate because then I went to Hungry Howie's for dinner with Kaity and Natalie so I had pizza twice! We were going to visit Marble Slab Megan but she called in sick. Boo. Then Kaity and Natalie came over and we watched some of The Princess Diaries and some TV and they slept over. It was really fun!

In the morning we played this really fun game called Bananagrams. It's like Scrabble. Only different. Duh. But we were getting crazy and it was really funny. Then I just sort of hung around the house for most of the day packing and such. At 5:00 I met Kaity at Caribou because we were SUPPOSED to meet Nick but he couldn't come. So we were there for like an hour and a half and then I went over to Kyle's and we watched Pride and Prejudice. He really liked it. And duh. I love it. It's my favorite Jane Austen novel.

And that brings me to today. Which is always the hardest of days when I come home because it's leaving day. I met Kaity and Nick at Starbucks at 9:30 this morning and we hung out and chatted. It was really fun. I missed Nick a lot. He's such a funny kid. After Starbucks I went to say goodbye to Kyle really quick. It was pretty hard. But I'll be back in 22 days. So it's not that bad. Plus I have midterms coming up and everything as well. So it'll go by really fast. And my daddy made me grilled cheese and tomato soup for lunch with a giant pickle! It was SO SO SO TASTY BITS! And we all ate together. Which was really nice again. And now I'm updating the blog because I know I'll be in too horrible a mood later once I'm back in New York to update anything. The first night is always the hardest. But lucky for me my Writing class got canceled tomorrow so I only have two classes which isn't bad at all. Oh. And Sam tagged me in these photos on Facebook.
Tattoos!
Graduation!
Homecoming senior year.
So yeah. I'm off to relax before I leave for the airport. Wish me a good flight and I'll see you all REAL soon. Promise.

Much Love.
Jewlie.

2.14.2008

"Yeah it's been like this for a while. I FREAKING WANT TO KILL MYSELF!"-Me, on telling my mom about the crying baby on the airplane.

I'M HOMEEEEEEE! Or rather, I'm in Clarkston! And I'll be on hiatus until I come back Tuesday night because I have to spend the MAX amount of time with my loverssss here. But I'll put in a brief little update of today so far. I had class and lab today with my hour and a half break in between. Rona from my Cultural class joined me at Starbucks for my break and we chatted about our roommates and going home and my birthday and such. It was really nice. I was excited she kept me company. Then it was off to lab where pretty much all I did was think about coming to Clarkston!

I got to the airport okay and with PLENTY of time, though the security line was a little longer than usual. And the plane was on time! But then it was 30 minutes late. But then it was only 15 minutes late. And then it was on time again...? Haha. But I talked to my mom while I waited and we made plans for my super scandalous weekend home. So then I get on the plane and everything and that's when it goes downhill. First, this baby 2 ROWS in front of me starts HOWLING. And I'm not a huge fan of babies, let alone CRYING babies. Then the pilot tells us we're 20TH in line to take off. So it was 50 minutes before we took off and that stupid baby cried THE WHOLE TIME. I thought it was going to die or something. And all the passengers were getting REALLY irritated. And so was I. I was having MASSIVE taxi anxiety.

But we finally landed in Michigan were it was FREEZING and SNOWING! I missed the snow! So my parents picked me up and we all went to dinner and I had a tasty wrap! Mmm! And then I went straight to Kyle's house and his little brothers were SO excited to see me! They were like jumping up and down in the living room. It was so cute. And then they gave me Valentines. Aww! I was really happy to see them all. And Kyle gave me my super amazing birthday present! I LOVE IT! He got me a Juicy charm! And it's the cupcake one! It's so perfect. So we hung out there for a while and it was so good to see him.

OH! And I got the BEST Birthday card EVER from Aunt Joan. It's a Hannah Montana card and it sings! I flipped out. I'm taking it back to the city to show Susan. But now I'm home and I'm SUPES tired. I'll be back to blogging in a couple days!

Much Love.

"I swear on Nick Jonas' life I will call you tonite!"-Me, on calling the Bestest.

IT'S FINALLY HERE! MY 19TH BIRTHDAY! I survived another year! Haha. But OH MY! The weather today! Simply horrible! It's like this awful rain/sleet/hail/slush/snow mixture. The sidewalks were TRÉS slippery! But it was actually pretty warm out, outside of the pouring rain. But I didn't let that get me down [though I was SO unmotivated to go to class]. I wore my new Little Miss Birthday shirt from Lindsay! It looked SO cute!

Classes were good. I had three of them today. Nothing too exciting. I got lots of Birthday texts though! Fabi even texted me Happy Birthday in Italian! So when I got back I checked my email and I had TONS of birthday wishes on Facebook! Here's all the people I got Happy Birthdays from:Fatty, Chelsea [MISS YOU GIRL!], Katie Dever, Kaity Dittus, Jeff Chaney, Tina, BESTEST, Susan Darling, Lauren Williams, Katie Carter, Sarah Grace, Sam!, Jenn Fuller, Kailey Regalo-Miller, Whitey, Clare, Upstairs Lindsey, Darcie, Robin, Alana, Theresa, Haylzz, Laura Roberts, Angie, Chelsea LePage, Doss, Brett Kukuk, Elle, Rachey, TB [she even called and sang to me!] , Lisa Amanda Burke and Dani! So many people! But the best Birthday wish of the day came from my girlies over at Fred Flare!

Yeah you should go check that out! http://www1.fredflare.com/blog/?p=1906#comments So fun! And look at all the peeps that commented to say Happy Birthday to me there! This was like the best birthday surprise so far! So after I said thanks to everyone on facebook me and Fab went to have lunch and she gave me a birthday hug. Unfortunately when I got upstairs I had to work on homework so I wouldn't have any when I got home. I packed too. But I officially have no homework for the break! While I was working on homework I accidently fell asleep, but it was a good short nap and when I woke up I went to dinner with Susan, Lindsay and Fabi. I gave the girls their valentines and Fabi gave me mine.

Dinner was so good! They had Mac and Cheese! And really good lettuce and a tasty soup! And then Fabi made me a cookie with a "J" on it. Yeah I broke lent for today too. Then I went down and printed my boarding pass after dinner and checked my mail because Kaity said my package should have arrived but it didn't. Boo. OH! And Kelly gave me my present last night. It's supes cute!

So now I'm off to take a shower, watch last night's American Idol, call Kaity, watch tonite's American Idol and then call Kyle and hopefully hear from my mom a little later after she leaves her rehearsal. But seriously. It's been such a great birthday. The Empire State Building is even my favorite color tonite! But really. Thanks everyone. My first birthday away from home has actually been really epifabical. See you all tomorrow in Michigan!

Much Love.

"This one says 'Happy V-Day. Love, your Hot Latin Lover.' Cuz that's not weirdddd."-Jen, on the special message on a package today.

So. Tomorrow is my birthday. I'll be nineteen years old. This [along with the terribly gloomy weather] has caused me to be very contemplative. But it's a good thing. In other news it was 11 degrees today! Trés cold! I wore my giant puffy coat with my hood. It was a pretty typical day. I went to Starbucks, went to Professor Diyanni's class and such. Class was good. Me and Elizabeth talked about our trips home. We're both excited. She's so funny and nice. I'm glad I sat next to her on the first day of class. Jackson Taylor shared his book with me. He's a bit odd. Not odd in the wheel-y backpack sort of way. Just quiet. But it's a nice quiet.

That performance is dedicated to my mom. Miss you!

Collection of Birthday Cards!
After class I grabbed some quick breakfast. I wasn't too hungry. Then I went upstairs and got ready for work. It was girls day at Fred Flare. Keith and Chris are off on some adventure. I can't remember where they went. So I gave the girls their valentines and they loved them. Amanda wished me a happy early birthday. She's on the blog now! She's really excited about that. Not too many orders today. But I worked the full five hours. Which was nice. Jen and I had coffee about half way through the day, we were both draining. She taught me how to do returns and she said when I come back next Friday she's going to teach me how to do some computer stuff. She's really teaching me a lot of skills. I like it. It means they like me and will probably keep me around for a very long time.

SNOW!
When I got off work it was snowing. It was a nice surprise. Though the walk to the metro was pretty slippery. I checked my mail and I got a Valentine's Day package from Auntie Sandy filled with lots of goodies!

I checked my emails and such [a couple of birthday wishes via facebook] and then I had dinner with Lindsay and Fabi. I just had a salad. There wasn't anything too good. But that was okay. When I got back upstairs I watched some Lost. I'm getting quickly re-addicted. Then I made some tea and read the blogs to see what the latest celeb scandals were. Nothing too exciting. In my opinion anyway. Now I'm listening to some Coldplay and I'm off to call Kyle. Happy [almost] birthday to me!

Much Love.

"It's just another Manic Monday."-Me, expressing my feelings through song.

Today was a very long, very stressful day. Therefore, since nothing of particular importance or excitement happened, there's not really an entry for today. Sorry lovelies. But I have a draft of a paper to write for Wednesday and I'm EXHAUSTED. Be back to blogging tomorrow.

Much Love.

"Shutup you Dodo bird!"-Random guy on the street shouting at some lady.

So this morning we were woken up by Kyle calling. He forgot my party was last night and called at 10:00 and we were all still fast asleep. Well Katie was at the gym. But me, Susan, Fabi and Lindsay were sleeping. Luckily they went back to sleep. I couldn't, so I got up and looked through my pictures and got some water. When Katie got back everyone got up and we talked for a while before we got dressed and then left. It's weird but I feel like I won't see Katie for a long time so I was sad to leave. Even though I'll see her in like 2 weeks when I get back from Michigan and she gets back from Boston.

On our way home we stopped at Dunkin Donuts to get some coffee and bagels. They were tasty. And then we decided to decorate the dining room with the leftover decorations from the party last night. It looks so cute!

The girls decorating.

I love Susan's face in this picture.
Love my roomies!
All the candy leftover. Too bad I can't eat it because of lent.
The package my wallet came in.
The card the girls made me.
Awww!
The bag the box was in.
My updated Juicy Shrine.
After we decorated I took care of Kayla because she's really sick. She had a really high fever last night and she's all achy. So I made her some soup and got her some frozen fruit. Then I put away all my sleepover stuff and my presents and uploaded my pictures and such. Then, unfortunately, I had to work on my homework. BOO! Eventually I went to get some dinner at Rocket Wrapps with Fabi and Susan. I had a salad because all I've eaten in teh past 48 hours is carbs and candy. No good. In other news the Writer's Strike is over. Which is the best thing ever. And the Grammy's are on tonite. EEP! So I'm off to take a shower and then watch Extreme Home Makeover/The Grammy's. Night all!

Much Love.
